Who we are

Proyash Institute of Special Education and Research (PISER) started its mission in the 2nd June of 2013 as one of the institutes of Bangladesh University of Professionals. This institute is aimed to fulfill the extreme needs of qualified/trained professionals, educators and therapists working for the disabled people and to promote related research. Considering the institutes providing similar degrees in Bangladesh PISER has the highest number of programs. Including its new programs PISER is now offering 9 (nine) programs related to the education, therapies and other support services for the children with special needs.

From Master Degree (MS) to Certificate Course (CC) we have programs both for the pre-service and on-service professionals who want to serve the people with special needs. We have highly qualified and experienced faculty panel, International standard curriculum, research facilities and country’s largest settings for practical learning. We have a huge infrastructure to ensure maximum learning and international tie-ups to ensure global exposure of the students.
